Property and Cancelation Policies :
Deposit will not be refunded for cancellations made with less than 14 days prior to arrival.
Group reservations must be cancelled 30 days in advance to receive a refund on deposit.
We recommend obtaining travel insurance from providers such as as www.InsureMyTrip.com,
to protect your trip from unforeseen contingencies, including bad weather, illness or job-related delays.
Travel insurance is cheap and sensible.
Our guests book their stays way in advance, so it is very unlikely that any last minute vacancies can be filled.
Deposits on holidays are non-refundable.
No refunds on early check-outs nor 1 night reservations.
Minimum 5 nights apply in holiday periods: Presidents Week, Easter Week & Christmas/New Years.

If you are arriving on a flight in the early morning and would like to enter your room, you
will need to reserve the night before.
If you arrive after office hours the keys will be left in the front office in an envelope with your name
The facility is for registered guests only. Coolers, glass containers and radios are not permitted by the pool. Guests not registered with the front office will result in a charge of $100.00 per guest, per night.
